* ELEVATED BEDS - It's important to find out:
Does your dorm offer modular furniture?  If so, they probably won't allow you to do a loft- but it's really
nice furniture!
Does your dorm allow lofts?  Most do, but you have to have them approved ahead of time, get the details
We can send construction information to the Dorm ahead of time, but the loft will definitely pass inspection
later if necessary. It's built with 4x4 corner posts and unfinished wood- See picture above
What size is the bed provided?  Most all are twin width (39 inches) but there are 3 lengths -76 inches
(regular twin), 80 inches (XL twin), and 90 inches (XXL).  

The cost to lease the loft is $349.00 plus a refundable $50 deposit. This includes delivery set up and take
down and removal at the end of the year. We recommend you call us and reserve the loft with a $150.00
deposit that will be applied to the lease price.  IMPORTANT: we cannot arrange delivery and set up
during the move in weekend, but can schedule delivery before or after.

We will ask for a deposit in order to refurbish it if necessary.  We aren't concerned with normal
wear, just significant damage or missing pieces.  We really want to see them reused next year!
